Terms of Service

Last updated: 2025

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website and to any service relationship you enter into with AAA Flood Service LLC, operating as AAA Water Damage Restoration & Carpet Care, located in Honolulu, HI 96825. By using this site or requesting services, you agree to the terms described here.

Service Area

AAA Flood Service LLC provides water damage restoration, carpet care, and related services within Hawaii. Requests originating outside our active service area may not be fulfilled. If you are unsure whether your property falls within our current coverage, call us at (808) 349-3407 before scheduling.

Estimates and Work Authorization

Any estimate, quote, or scope of work provided — whether by phone, email, or on-site assessment — is informational only and does not constitute a binding contract. The actual service relationship is governed by a signed work-authorization form. Work does not begin until that form has been executed by an authorized representative of AAA Flood Service LLC and the property owner or their designated agent. Scope changes discovered during mitigation (hidden moisture pockets, secondary damage behind walls, contamination beyond the initially visible area) will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, accepted methods, and scheduling are outlined in your work-authorization agreement. Questions about payment should be directed to our office at (808) 349-3407.

Insurance Coordination

We are happy to provide documentation — moisture readings, drying logs, photographs, and itemized scopes — that you may submit to your insurance carrier. Any coordination between AAA Flood Service LLC and your insurer requires your explicit written authorization. We do not make representations about what your policy covers; that determination rests with your carrier.

Liability

AAA Flood Service LLC operates as a licensed contractor under Hawaii state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in your signed work-authorization form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, or damage that falls outside the authorized scope. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under Hawaii law.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from services provided under a work-authorization agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication. If that is unsuccessful, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and resolved in the appropriate courts of Honolulu County.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
