Where we work

Our team is based in Honolulu and serves communities throughout Oahu — from the urban core of Honolulu and Waikiki to the suburban neighborhoods of the Ewa Plain, the windward communities along Kailua and Kaneohe, and the North Shore towns that sit at the far edge of the island. Oahu’s compact geography means that even the most distant corners of the island are reachable in a single dispatch run, though traffic on H-1 and the Likelike and Pali highways can affect arrival windows during peak commute hours. Coverage by distance

Closest to our base: Downtown Honolulu, Waikiki, Kaimuki, Manoa, and the surrounding East Honolulu neighborhoods see the fastest arrivals. Equipment can often be running before a slow leak has time to reach the second layer of drywall.

Mid-island and leeward: Pearl City, Aiea, Ewa Beach, Kapolei, and Mililani are well within our regular service footprint. The H-1 corridor connects us efficiently, though rush-hour congestion between downtown and the Ewa Plain is a real factor — we’ll give you an honest estimate when you call.

Windward and North Shore: Kailua, Kaneohe, Haleiwa, and Wahiawa require a mountain crossing via the Likelike, Pali, or H-3. Travel time is longer, but for significant water intrusion, fire damage, or mold situations, we make the drive. A large loss doesn’t get smaller while you wait for a closer crew that doesn’t exist.
