The information you share is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, and coordinate the work you’ve authorized. If you ask us to communicate with your insurance carrier on your behalf — for example, to share photos, moisture readings, or scope documentation — we will do so only with your explicit direction. We do not contact insurers, adjusters, or third parties without your knowledge.
We do not use your contact information for marketing campaigns, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
How We Share Information
Your information stays with AAA Flood Service LLC and the crew members or subcontractors directly involved in your job. The only circumstance in which we share your information with outside parties is when you authorize us to coordinate with your insurance carrier as part of the claims documentation process. Even then, we share only what is relevant to the scope of work.
We do not share data with data brokers, advertising networks, or any organization unrelated to your restoration project.
Data Retention
We retain job-related records — including contact details, scope documentation, and signed work-authorization forms — for as long as reasonably necessary for warranty, legal, or accounting purposes under Hawaii state requirements. Contact form submissions that do not result in a scheduled job are not retained beyond the period needed to respond to your inquiry.
